Established in 2024, Toil & Boil creates flavorful culinary stocks made from local Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut ingredients. Through our partnerships with local farmers and businesses, we are able to source all, or nearly all of our vegetables and bones from nearby farms. We believe that by using and supporting local agriculture we can help grow our local economies and communities. We want to help keep small and family owned farms thriving in New England.

Founded by a Rhode Island chef, our high quality culinary stocks provide the flavor, body, and clarity that can only be achieved through hours of gentle cooking and patience. Never from a base or bouillon, our stocks have that real, home made flavor that you can only get from using fresh, local vegetables and bones.
We also make a Doggy Collagen Gravy for the canine members of your family! Made using local beef and chicken - pour a half cup over your dogs kibble for a meal they will love you for. Packed full of collagen, vitamins, and minerals, this is a healthy treat you can feel good about.
